WeMarket ends 2024 with the highest gross profit in its history and a bottom line result of 3.1 million.
In 2024, WeMarket has made clear progress with a new go-to-market strategy, the launch of a new website, and the development of AI as part of the agency’s product range.
The digital marketing agency from Ikast concludes the year with its biggest gross profit to date, a positive bottom line, and a clear direction for the future. 2024 has been a year of both change and progress for WeMarket, and with a balanced effort between development and operations, WeMarket marks itself with both stable and satisfactory results.
“We are both satisfied and proud of the result for 2024. Not least because it has been achieved during turbulent times and a challenging market, where many have had reason to hold back,” says Jannick Troelsen, CEO of WeMarket.
That is why 2024 has not just been about growing the business and creating good results, but just as much about investing wisely in the future.
Investments in AI, strategy, and culture
During 2024, WeMarket has implemented several strategic initiatives. These include rolling out a new go-to-market strategy, launching a new website, and working purposefully to integrate AI into the agency’s product range. The common goal for these initiatives is to increase the impact of the work delivered to clients and at the same time ensure that WeMarket remains relevant in a rapidly changing industry.
“Our most important mission is to create growth for our clients. We believe the best results come through trust and a long-term shared direction, both in collaboration with clients and in our internal teamwork. That is why we have invested specifically in initiatives that strengthen our ability to deliver exactly that,” says Jannick Troelsen.
AI is a particularly strong focus area, where WeMarket clearly sees that clients can achieve great value. It is therefore a key focus for WeMarket in the coming years and has already shown its impact in practice.
At the same time, the agency has maintained its focus on staff satisfaction. In this year’s employee satisfaction survey, WeMarket scores highly with 77 out of 100, which is above the industry average for “office and communication” at 72.
“In WeMarket, we highly value employee well-being. For us, it is more than just a goal—it is an important precondition,” concludes Jannick Troelsen, who looks forward to building on this foundation and continuing the work in 2025.
