    Define the role: Write the job description

    Before you hire, you must define Michael’s exact role in a job description. Describe his responsibilities across marketing channels and set clear KPIs, such as increasing overall ROAS or improving conversion rate. This ensures that his efforts are targeted and deliver value from day one.

    Select the candidate: Hold an "interview"

    Challenge Michael with a relevant case task that reflects your real challenges. Give him access to a limited period of your anonymized marketing data and ask him to present three concrete optimization proposals. The dialogue with the implementation partner is your job interview.
